I mistakenly thought that this festival had asked me to give them a free website. I agreed, and built them a fairly nice site with no bells or whistles. When Lloyd called me back (after I missed his call several times), I was a bit shocked to find that he wanted to pay me for the work. He gave me a fair price, and in return, I totally rebuilt the site again, but tried to make it look and feel as warm and colorful as the festival itself.
