Thanks to Lloyd from Goose on the Lake, Charlie Gearheart got wind of the fact that I build pretty nice websites, so he called me. After a bunch of fun, long conversations on the phone, Charlie hired me to build a new website for the legendary country-rock group Goose Creek Symphony. Working on that project was fun, because though I was already a fan, I didn’t realize just how good and how varied the CD catalogue of Goose Creek was. Their reputation and music are both akin to the musicians which they came up through the business with….groups like the Grateful Dead, Willie Nelson, Miles Davis, and Merle Haggard, all of which are names that Charlie casually and unpretentiously drops in conversation, not because he’s a namedropper, but because he’s their peer.
