The Peak Summit Festival moves to New Albany, Ind., this year. More than 40 performers are scheduled today through Sunday, with gates opening at 4 p.m. today, 11 a.m. tomorrow and noon Sunday. The best deal is a $25 weekend pass, available at the gate, ear X-tacy records, Grateful Threads and Underground Sounds.
